A well balanced and powerful champagne, made of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes in a classic brut style. Aged for over 4 years. Our champagne offers rich flavors of toasted brioche, dried fruits and hints of honey, combined to a harmonious finish. It is manufactured by a family owned vineyard in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy.
