This cooler is our go-to cocktail for events. It works splendidly with rum as well.
Shake all ingredients save for the ginger beer with half of the ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with the remaining ice cubes. Top up with ginger beer and add a orange wedge. |

This drink was created by Hildegard Müller in 1986 at the still famous Kronenhalle Bar. In our view it elevates a common G&T to a whole new level. This drink works with vodka equally well.
Put the ice cubes and the slices of lime in a cocktail glas. Add all the ingredients except the tonic water. Top up with tonic water and mix very carefully with a bar spoon. |
