This cooler is our go-to cocktail for events. It works splendidly with rum as well.

• 4cl Whisky

• 2cl Lemon juice

• 1cl Simple sirup

• 2 Dashes Angostura bitter

• 12 cl Ginger beer to top up

• 10 Ice cubes

• Orange wedge

Shake all ingredients save for the ginger beer with half of the ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with the remaining ice cubes. Top up with ginger beer and add a orange wedge. 

This drink was created by Hildegard Müller in 1986 at the still famous Kronenhalle Bar. In our view it elevates a common G&T to a whole new level. This drink works with vodka equally well.

• 4cl Gin
• 1cl Dry Sherry
• 1cl Rose's Lime Juice
• 14cl Tonic water
• 5 Ice cubes
• 2 Slices of lime

Put the ice cubes and the slices of lime in a cocktail glas. Add all the ingredients except the tonic water. Top up with tonic water and mix very carefully with a bar spoon.
