RIGHT TO RETURN
You may return/exchange the purchased products within 60 days of receipt. All returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
RETURNS SWITZERLAND
We offer free shipping and returns for Swiss orders.
RETURNS INTERNATIONAL
The cost for returning merchandise is paid by the customer except for Swiss orders. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
To return an item please log in to your customer account or contact customer services via eshop@pelikamo.com.
SWITZERLAND
All orders are processed within 2 business days and sent with Swiss Post Priority service.
INTERNATIONAL
Depending on your location, please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. For express shipping please contact us at eshop@pelikamo.com.
As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Depending on order size and availability, your order may arrive in two separate packages. Please look out for an email from us updating you if this is the case for your order.
Returns or exchanges can be easily communicated via you customer account. Purchased items can be returned/exchanged within 60 days of receipt.
SWITZERLAND
Place the item you would like to return back into the original packaging, use the return label provided and bring your parcel to your nearest Post Office. As soon as we have received your return, the item will be refunded/exchanged.
INTERNATIONAL

We cover all import fees and custom duties, meaning that you will have no hidden additional costs when you receive your parcel.
