Shipping within Switzerland
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within two business days and sent with Swiss Post Priority service.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Why are items missing from my order?
Depending on the size of your order and availability, it may arrive in two separate packages. If this is the case, please look out for an email from us updating you.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at eshop@pelikamo.com or call us at +41 44 210 04 06, and we will gladly make the necessary changes.
How do I return items?
Returns or exchanges can be easily communicated via our portal, www.pelikamo.com/returns. Purchased items can be returned/exchanged within 60 days of receipt.
Place the item you would like to return/exchange back into its original packaging, use the return label provided, and bring your parcel to your nearest Post Office. As soon as we receive your return, the item will be refunded/exchanged.
International Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide for a flat fee of 20 CHF. Unfortunately, we can not currently ship to Germany.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to arrive, depending on your location. For express shipping, please get in touch with us at eshop@pelikamo.com.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order on www.dhl.com.
Do I need to pay additional costs?
We cover all import fees and customs duties, meaning you will have no hidden additional costs when you receive your parcel.

How do I return items?

All returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. The customer pays the cost of returning items except for Swiss orders. In the case of an exchange, we cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
